Where do items ship from?

All items ship from the Central Valley of California. Once your order is placed, we pack and ship within 1-2 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic US orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment. We use USPS Priority Mail for reliable, fast delivery. You'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States only. We're based in California and optimize our operations for domestic delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

All purchases are made through our eBay store, where you can pay using any payment method accepted by eBay, including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment processing is handled entirely by eBay. We never see or store your payment information.

For custom requests, we source the item from Japan at retail price, then add a flat sourcing fee to cover our time, logistics, and shipping. We provide a detailed quote before proceeding. Prices vary based on the item's rarity and availability.

What if you can't find my requested item?

We'll do our best to locate it during our regular sourcing trips to Japan. If we're unable to find the item after a reasonable search period, we'll let you know with no obligation or fees.
