All KonnichiCollect product sales are conducted through our eBay store. The policies below apply to purchases made through eBay as well as custom sourcing orders arranged directly with us.
Shipping
Where We Ship From
All orders ship from the Central Valley of California, USA. Every item has already been imported from Japan and is in our possession before it is listed for sale.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Most items ship with free standard shipping via USPS. Depending on the item size and value, we may use USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx. Estimated delivery times for domestic orders:
- USPS First Class / Ground Advantage: 3-7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 business days
- UPS Ground: 3-7 business days
Expedited shipping may be available upon request. Contact us before purchasing if you need faster delivery and we will provide a quote.
Domestic Only
We ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Tracking
All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information is updated directly within eBay so you can monitor your package from your purchase history.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging every item to ensure it arrives safely. Fragile and high-value items are wrapped in protective materials and packed in appropriately sized boxes. We use recycled and recyclable packaging materials whenever possible.
Returns and Refunds
eBay Purchases
All eBay purchases are covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee. If an item arrives damaged, does not match the listing description, or is not received, you are protected through eBay's resolution process.
To initiate a return on an eBay purchase, open a return request through eBay's resolution center. We respond promptly and work to resolve every case fairly.
General Return Guidelines
Due to the limited and unique nature of our inventory (sourced in person in Japan), all sales are generally final outside of the situations covered by eBay's buyer protection. We stand behind the accuracy of every listing and will work with you to resolve any issues.
Accepted Returns
Beyond eBay's standard protections, we accept returns in the following situations:
- Item not as described: If the item you receive is significantly different from its listing description or photos.
- Damaged in transit: If the item arrives damaged due to shipping. Please photograph the damage and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Wrong item sent: If you receive an item other than what you ordered.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items where the sealed packaging has been opened (gashapon capsules, blind boxes, etc.) unless the item was not as described.
- Items damaged due to buyer mishandling after delivery.
- Custom sourcing orders after the item has been purchased on the buyer's behalf.
Custom Sourcing Orders
Custom sourcing orders arranged directly with us are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of the quote. Once an item has been purchased on your behalf in Japan, the sale is final and the deposit becomes non-refundable. If we are unable to locate the requested item, your deposit will be refunded in full (minus any non-refundable research fee, if applicable).
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. For eBay purchases, you can open an "Item not received" case through eBay's resolution center. Contact us within 7 days if the package cannot be located, and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
